Anil Jain's Refex Energy was set up in 2008 in Mumbai, India with a focus on developing Solar as sustainable energy alternative India. Anil Jain Refex Energy Limited has become a name to be reckoned with, in the Solar EPC Sector, in the last few years, primarily due to technically skilled and committed work force and quality of services.


Anil Jain's Refex Energy Ltd, one of India's leading Solar EPC companies in terms of cumulative EPC installations, has commissioned 2 solar PV plant aggregating to 18 MWp in the states of Rajasthan and Telangana. The Telangana project for Aditya Birla Group, one of India’s biggest IPP for Solar, is a 11 MWp deploying Poly-Silicon modules and Central Inverters. The second plant of capacity 7 MWp was constructed for Ghodawat Group in two parts, 4 MW in May and 3 MW in September. The plant marks Ghodawat Group’s first foray in the solar sector.

“In both the plants we have used tier – 1 equipments and deployed best engineering practices.” said Mr. Arun Mehta, CEO, Refex Energy Ltd. These solar plants takes the total commissioned tally for Refex to 80 MW spread across 6 different states. The company, aggressively building up market share in the Indian Solar EPC industry, has another 40MW expected to be commissioned by December 2014.

Shri. T.Anil Jain, aged 38 years is a promoter and first Director of the Company. He was appointed as Managing Director of the company on 13-09-2002 and has held the position since then. He holds 2105642 Equity shares in the Company.

Shri T Anil Jain, a commerce graduate, carries with himself more than 10 years experience in Air Conditioner Products and spares. He has been instrumental in formulating the company’s projects and marketing of its products. Shri T Anil Jain, is fully equipped with the latest technologies in the business segment of the company and is fully in charge of conceptualizing the company’s plans, evolving strategies for the same and implementing them. He is looking after globalization of Refex through various overseas mergers and acquisitions.

Over the years Shri. T. Anil Jain was mainly instrumental in navigating the company to the present position in the market after overcoming the business challenges, financial problems and other operational difficulties He has high degree of knowledge in both the business segments of the company, namely refilling of refrigerant gases as well as solar power generation.
